What is the advantage of a 60 minute guitar lesson?
ANSWER: Training time Imagine if sports teams had 30 minute practices (this is the length of most guitar lessons). The coach would only have enough time to show the athlete's new information and then send them home to practice the new information on their own. Would you really expect those athlete's to perform well? Would they even practice with no one there to push them? When students practice at home they are outside of my presence and guidance. When a student practices in front of me there is no option but to train and learn correctly because they will be coached, corrected, and made aware of problem areas.
